WALKING

Whether you have a bit of salsa in your blood or hip hop in your hips, you’ll be sure to find a dance fitness program to get you moving and get rid of that constipation pain.

Remember as well to include an adequate diet with plenty of fiber from whole grain, fruits and vegetables. Stay hydrated and get plenty of rest to ease constipation pain.

Relieving constipation pain is important and deserves some attention from a plethora of sources.
